TUESDAY3RD JUNE... Left Cloncurry after visiting local hospital,caught Bucks bug ,a sore throat so I got checked out just in case! Viral so I'm on my own! Traveling towards Winton on Landsborough Hwy,pulled into Mc Kinlay where the Walkabout Creek Hotel is ,it hosted the Crocodile Dundee movie!

Beautiful old wooden floor,spotlessly clean,the new owner has only been there 9 weeks! And yes it gets busy! Arrived at Winton,not quite sure why we are here but it's only overnight! Off to Longreach tomorrow !
WEDNESDAY 4TH JUNE,THURSDAY 5TH JUNE,propped ourselves at Longreach,a bit of retail therapy and a wash and blowave. The McBurnies arrived Thursday. Cooked them dinner and they will meet us in Barcaldine on Saturday!
FRIDAY 6TH JUNE ...off to Barcaldine ,110 kms east to stay at the showgrounds for a few days before we head to Emerald !
