MONDAY12 TH MAY.. Onto Berrry Springs about 40 kms south of Darwin to the Tumbling Waters Holiday park,acres of grass and tropical trees and gardens and creeks running through,lovely. It's very humid today,I think it's forgotten that it's the dry season!
Nice spot tucked down the back near the pool and an amenities block!pool has been great ,cool down!
Cabins dotted in amongst the palms!
Ah and the resident fresh water croc,one of 12 and yes there's a barb wire fence surround but you can let yourself in and walk on the boardwalks above their pond!
He or she is watching me!!! Smaller head and jaw than the salties,thank heavens but still prehistoric looking...
Wonder if it would make a nice handbag,wallet,belt,shoes.......?
Found this little fella perched on the wire!!
Reckon I might see if he's interested in a downsize,takes away your sunshine!!!
TUESDAY13 TH MAY.....off walking,I'd follow Buck anywhere!?
Huge palm at least 39 meters high near front entrance of park .
Passed by the billabong,depending on tides fresh or saltwater fish can be caught as well as our not so friendly saltys looming!
This is the short cut ,at least it's shady because it's humid again!!!!
